Thought you might get a laugh out of this. A shop in Rapid City, SD has a big sign in the front window saying the they will pay three times face for pre 1965 quarters, dimes, and half dollars. We thought that this was a mistake so a friend of mine went to the shop to see and was told that the sign was correct. Silver must be really falling.
IF i we're you i would find out if he's a member of the ANA and report him, that is just horrible he would swindle people like that....
There's really nothing illegal about it. Immoral,yes. I certainly would not do any sort of business with this establishment.
That's awful. It's really terrible knowing that he has surely gotten this to work on probably many people.
At least give 5 times, it sounds better. In reality this shop owner is a douchebag. I tried to sell some silver this summer and I ran accross a few bad characters.
