Well, it's not a fancy SN. This one is poorly aligned, trimmed badly. Margins should be equal all the way around for a normally cut to size finished note. This one is not really worth much beyond face (esp. given the severe wear) until the edge of the next note on the sheet it was printed from starts to show on the wider margin.
Then it's a spender. When you scan notes dont put the note all the way to the edge of the scan bed. Also, place a piece of black (or dark) paper behind the note so as to define all edges of the note. That way we can see how well centered the note is, how well balanced the margins are all around.
