I thought the blue tone on the coin from the photo is worth the risk!! You don't see too many blue buffalo nickels out there!!! ;)

I've seen photos of the Loch Ness Monster that had more detail than this 'treasure.'

If he paid a sizable listing fee to Ebay he sure is.

Where is the faith? How many blue buffalo nickels have you guys seen? Just think, for 10 grand you could be the first person to own a blue Buffalo. Seems pretty cheap.

Oh yeah, blue paint can be bought at the local stores. Hey, just for all you Ebay fans, I will spray paint a buffalo in any color you want for the bargain price of $5,000. :D

Okay, on a serious note. Doesn't everyone have to pay some form of listing fee?

    ND,
Yes everyone has to pay a listing fee, as far as I can tell, this guy paid $5.20 to list this outstanding coin. Hope nobody is stupid enough to buy it.

Okay, so maybe it is just me. I get emails each day from my customers about items like this on Ebay. Now my exposure to Ebay is very limited.(No buying or selling) Why would anyone pay to list a coin like this? Are they really that ignorant about coins, or are they preying on the ignorance of others?
