I believe this coin to be an AU58. I need to verify that I graded this coin correctly. I am sorting and grading my coins and as you all well know, I am a newbie, so grading is still a small challenge for me. Thanks to all for your help

I am seeing heavy contact marks from your photos but no wear.

San Fransisco Walking Lib's often lack detail along the centerline from the thigh & hip through the left hand and up into the head. Weakly struck coins as such are often hard to distinguish between slight friction rubs on the high points vs true Mint State coins.

Hint, rotate the coin and look for dull spots on the eagles breast feathers and along the tip of his out stretched left wing.

From the images provided, the luster is present for a higher than a high AU grade, it's worth every penny AU-58 money, you just need to figure it out.

Looks like a scan. The marks look like they are all over the photograph. Of course this is coming from a 19 year old whose eyesight is already at a -3 (and getting worse) according to the eye doctor.
But still, I think its just the picture, not the coin.

I agree. Wear has a different look than a weak strike and this one looks like wear.

Your coin is not an AU58 but a MS64 in my opinion. The coin exudes eye appeal and is very well struck. Very nice overall.
