Hi All, I just got this coin and I have no idea of even it's origin. I have uploaded photos of both sides of the coin. Any help with info about the coin would be appreciated. Sam
It's a Byzantine miliaresion of some sort, probably this one. I can't tell you much about authenticity, as I don't know much about Byzantine silver at all. Hopefully you'll find someone who knows Byzantines better than me to let you give you a better idea on that. So how did you come across this, anyway?
