Many here know that I have been going through this accumulation for some time.

These are the coins I decided to keep. It was based the cool factor, and how interesting the coin was.

I already posted this 2 mark coin in a different thread.

I am partial to Swiss coins. I also kept some 1/2 Francs & Rappen, many of which (the Rappen) are in great condition from the 20's & 30's.

Thanks, can you give me some info regarding it? I actually kept it for St. George and the Dragon (my first of the type).

your coin is the five shilling crown from the set,it is not very rare but in uncirculated condition can command a decent price say 70 to 80 pounds. the jubilee set was issued to mark victorias diamond jubilee as mornarch of the UK, the were issued from 1887 to 1893 and apparently the coins were unpopular with the people at the time but they reall appeal to a lot of collectors today. in the set there were:
    3d
    4d (for british guiana only)
    6d
    1shilling
    florin
    half crown
    double florin of four shillings
    crown
    half soveriegn
    sovereign
    two pounds
    5 pounds.

all coins were silver except the latter four which were gold.
there are two distinct types of sixpence one having the leged six pence on the reverse and one with a gartered shield
the same applied to the 1 shilling. which also had two obverses the large head and the small head.
