what coin is this?

  1. a co-worker found this coin in the tip mug at work and asked me about it. i immediately took it from him to keep. we both agreed that it's a foreign coin. my question is, what coin is it? does anyone know or can anyone point me to a website that could tell me? all i know is it's asian. but there are lots of asian countries. it seems like the picture is small. i have no idea how to make it bigger for people to see.

It's a denomination "one yuan" coin from the Republic of China (Taiwan).

It was minted in the 74th year (1985) of the Republic.
