From what I can make out of the pictures, I think you will find that the biggest difference between the coins is that the ICG is pictured on eBay by a not so great photographer is being compared to your picture and that the ICG coin is a much weaker strike. There may be more to that, but it is very hard to tell with those eBay photos.
