Hi Wazzapening, I have a question about this post (I hope it's okay to ask here, even though this is for pictures, a game of sorts..) I have read the description you list, and see "error..die gouge (crying 6)" and then I look at the picture to see what it is you see. What is it you see, that I don't know how to see? I read of all these errors, and my eyes are not sure what to look FOR. Is it something at the border of the picture? Thank you, Lucy.
There's a die chip/gouge at the tip of the arm of the "6" which gives it the impression of a teardrop:
Jello...... please return to the first post and read the rules. i appreciate the coins you are posting, but we cant just post whatever we want here. its a kind of game we are playing here. so the next coin should be 1 of something, or some amount of tallero, or from ragusa.
this is the closest i could get to your large (penny). is it just me or does that look like an impression of georges head on the reverse? of the coin? also looks doubled on the top of britt : omn?
The reverse side of this is very pretty! How intricate so many of these coins are..I am enjoying the show! Lucy
A bit of a radical change from small Canadian coins... following in the theme of "5": 1977 USSR 5 Ruble olympic silver proof, with a scene of Leningrad.
although we are out of sequence again...i will just go with it this time so the next coin should either be brittish, or 5 of something, or some amount of pence, or from 1970
Of course it's a world coin. Panama. As in, the foreign country on this earth. lol your phrasing made me laugh...
ok, apparently it is a quarter of a balboa, on par with a us quarter. so for this one i guess we could post 25 somethings, or quarter something, or panama, or 1966
