I agree with you and abe, you're correct too. This is why it's good to be a part of a nice forum with many collectors experiences.
when we were kids in the 60's we used to put old english pennies on the railway lines and wait for a train to run over them, the overall thickness of the coin was reduced by half but it became larger in circumferance as a result.
well im really pleased with what i've learned, too bad there was some post mint damage but still a neat coin to me. thanks all for your input!
