canada cent with strange color

i picked this up in a roll i was searching, is the color altered, as it looks pretty much
the same tint all over i found it in a roll a while back but only now i have decent pics. thanks

Toning. I have several that I kept that I've gotten out of original bank rolls and from sealed bags. I keep the nicest ones.
