Help... what is this?

    Can anyone tell me what this is? Has a 5 on it.. and thats all I know about it..You know where it's from? and the 5...5 cents?

    The tipoff is "Confederatio Helvetica" which is the Latin name of the country. Presuambly they use Latin because with three official languages (French, German and Italian) it's easier than the Belgian method of putting the country name on their coins in both official of their languages.:smile

    For future use - just type the words on a coin into Google (or any good search engine) and you will get hits identifying the country. (Of course this only works if the coin uses Latin letters, but that includes most of Europe, all of the Americas, and many Asian and Oceanic countries as well.)
