I was wondering if I'm close on my grading for these cents. I'm guessing the 96 at MS60RB

    The 1997 I'd say MS63RD

This 09 I'd say is an MS65RD (no reverse cause of the 5 img limit)

The 97 and 09 are blinding if you have a light on them. They don't look shiny in the scans but they are. The 96 is shiny but not so much as the others and the red has brownish tinted areas.

I'm not sure how to get better scans. lol I made these at 2400dpi. None of the coins I scan show the shine for some reason though.

None of the coins pictured appear mint state to me, I would say 58, 50, 55.

None of those coins would grade higher than AU50 in my opinion. They all have obvious wear on them.

Really? I can see some wear on the 96, esp the steps. The 97 may have some wear in the hair. The 09 just looks awesome to me though.

It even has wear in the fields.

It would not surprise me at all if your biggest problems were not in your pictures.

The problem is the wear on the pieces but Newbie Institute may help you in the future:).

So the wear on the coins is where the scans are less..grainy?
