Jeremy's (airplanenut on PCGS) photography is outstanding and that is a very cool error coin. Maybe it is time for me to add one of those to my collection.
Is it me or does the obverse fall a little short of a 66? (I'm surprised it didn't squeeze out a 7th step!)
It's not a die cap, although it may have been struck more than once. It's a partial collar error with a full, almost centered, first-strike brockage. Quite dramatic.
