Indian coin? Nepalese? Fake? Not sure how to identify it.

    I have this coin dated to 1839 (pictures linked below - no viruses attached, promise) and I have no idea what it might be. I think my grandfather got it in Nepal, but I'm not sure. It does have swastikas on it, and a date, so I'm certain it's from the Indian subcontinent. Whether or not it's a fake coin for tourists, I don't know.

    i almost certainly think that it is a temple token.

    Thank you! I had no idea what a temple coin was, but that makes the most sense.

    South Indian as I supose... From 20`s to 40`s, I`m not sure.
