There are more people out there then just PCGS and PMG but for accuracy and integrity There the only two i would ever consider sending notes to!
I agree with mpc on this one. There are other threads in this forum that discuss some of the other guys grading the majority of the notes as "perfect" which is pretty uncommon to begin with, let alone for all of the notes. Go with PMG or PCGS

If you become a member of the ANA for a very nominal annual fee, and there are special benefits for Young Numismatists, you can sign up for an associate account with NGC, PMG and NCS so that you can submit coins and notes to those companies without having individual memberships with each one. Saves a lot of membership fees.
