Been busy with work for a while and have not been around here, so happy new year to those who may remember me. I was searching ebay for cons 1934 $5 silver certs and came across this listing. Maybe more eyes would be helpful, the A in the serial number is off at the end and is is not even off consistantly on all the notes. Something just doesn't look right here, so I think I am gonna stay away, but anybody have any input? These jut don't look right.

i looked at the big scans of the notes. i didnt see anything at all that would lead me to believe that those notes are fake. you can look at the notes in my sig. i have plenty of the silver certs to check out. i say go for them. good luck :thumb:

It's a bit crude to all Buyers how this Seller mentions, "DUE TO RECENT BUYERS NOT KNOWING WHAT THEY ARE DOING, WE HAVE GONE TO A NO RETURN POLICY."

However, Sellers' "no return policy" bears no weight in a Buyer's PayPal dispute about the Seller if they refuse to honor a return. Buyers are covered and will win if they open a case and report the item not as described.

Krispy- I noticed that comment as well, and along with the seller stating recent buyers not knowing what they are doing, I can say that with the corners shown on his pics there is no way that at least two of those notes were CU. Looks to have ended with no bids, not surprising!

Keep an eye on the sellers listings. He might relist the notes at a lower price since this ended with no bids.
