Fake cert? Is it still a quality coin or should I be worried?

    I agree with the other poster about this coin not being a fake. Who would produce a counterfeit of a Sacagawea coin? Besides, if you want a proof, just get the proof set it's from. I'm surprised your local dealer didn't just do that.

    Well, I tried prying it open with my nails, then a screw driver. I gave up. It seems like it was glued or melted or something like that. It just does not want to open.
    Oh well. I missed him today, will have to stop in tomorrow. He decided to go to an auction I guess....
    I did pick up a few really nice looking silver eagles. I am thinking about getting them graded. After to buy their membership. How much is it to get a coin graded? I saw on their website that it takes about 2.5 weeks for the whole ordeal, but....how much is it, say with just the silver membership?
