What you have is not a coin, but a token or medal of some kind. If it is precious metal, it is probably worth a very slight premium over it's bullion value. Otherwise, it is worth only what someone interested in Eisenhower memorabilia would be willing to pay - probably not much, unless that is a hand-etched signature.

June 1960, during the last year of Ike's presidency, doesn't seem to have any special significance with respect to him, other than being shortly after the U2 spy plane was shot down over Russia.

How big is it, what is it made of, and can you post a picture?

Medal was struck by U.S. Mint. Extremely rare presidential item. I wrote the first book related to these presidential medals. 2017 value ...anywhere from $800 to $1,200 based on condition.

Video of a Class 2 medal (same diameter as a US Morgan silver dollar). There are 8 Class 2 medal types. Same obverse with different reverse design.

Note the word "FROM". This is means it was gifted/awarded by the President. Also, look at the NARA documentation closely. These medals have dumbfounded collectors for 58 years, until I released my numismatic research.

Your post will be viewed, liked and really enjoyed if done on it's own.

Just wanted to make a point that these medals are incorrectly identified as bullion pieces. Incorrect advice lives on the internet and needs to be corrected when I find it. Thanks Paddyman98.
