When do you think Silver will hit $10.00? It seems to me soon. Why did the mint hold the line on pricing? The silver proof sets are now a much better value.

I would take a guess at around May 8, 2006. That seems like a good round date.

$12.00 is the target price for silver now.

Target prices are guesses. That silver will hit $10 is a high probability bet. Nobody knows exactly when. Sometimes it is easier to know what will happen than when, and frequently that is good enough.

I can guarantee you when the mint gets ready to release the new pure gold Buffalo nickel 1 ounce coin in mid-June gold and silver will be at new highs! Guess you might say I feel like the market is still being manipulated by someone higher than just our banking industry! We only have to wait 4 months to see if I am right or wrong!

On the subject of the mint holding the line on pricing? They just raised all the prices last year and brace yourself for next year when they start adding the dead Presidents dollars in mint and proof sets! Better enjoy this so called break as it is about to end!

Guarantee? You can't even guarantee you'll live until then. Nobody can "guarantee" anything in a marketplace with millions of investors. You might be right and might be wrong but so what! Guessing prices is only an opinion. Opinions are like belly buttons; everyone has one and none of them are too impressive.

If you talk long term such as 10 years from now, I think there is a very high probability that gold and silver will be much higher in price. Continued inflation/dollar devaluation combined with increasing demand for the metals themselves above the rate of mine production looks very favorable. But that is analysis, not guessing.

And there are no "higher powers" than supply and demand. Even the Communists couldn't repeal the law of supply and demand and they tried for decades with total dictatorial powers.
