What's the grade on this morgan?

    I found this just lyin around... quality doesn't look the best, but curios as to the grade for this morgan.

    The scratch on the cheek would get it body bagged if you tried to have it slabbed. But wear wise I'd say VF35 - XF40.

    I agree XF best case... though that scratch kinda makes it bullion.

    Also, the luster seems very odd for a well worn coin, like it was whizzed or cleaned recently. Too many odd shiny spaces in the fields, but not near the devices.
