First bust dime of the new year

    Just wanted to show off my newest bust dime. The coin is darkly toned, but some luster is still visible despite the lack of it in my pictures. Grade opinions and comments welcome!

    Wish you could lighten those pics up a bit. Is the coin really that dark? Based on the photo, XF-45.

    Yeah the coin is very dark, when I imaged it I had 2 lights right on it.

    Would dark toning like this be "cured" by a dip or is it pretty much there for good?

    Nice coin. And die crack on the rev. I don't mind the color at all for a good solid grade coin like that.
