I noticed the 2$ bill was cut very uneven on the left side, is this an error or damage. Thank you for any help .
cut looks pretty rough while the front and back printings seem pretty much centered. I'm not 100% which way to err on this but I question if this note wasn't cut after leaving the treasury/BEP. If that's so, then not an error.
I notice slight miscuts all the time. At what angle of a miscut does it become an error with preimum?
when the printed part of the note is affected, especially when the next note on the sheet can be seen... however, many people attempt to 'create' errors from uncut sheets of currency so be very cautious, particularly when you encounter these so-called error notes on eBay.
