2011 Medal of Honor Coin Commems

So the Mint has released the line art, and I photoshopped one to look like the actual coin. Yes, I know that they will be gold, but I couldn't get the right color scheme so I went with silver.

BUMP!!!

 

yup they are the mint and i will definitely be getting a couple especially since my family has a long history in being in the military.

 

Now if they would just put the reverse of the gold coin with the obverse of the silver coin, that would be a nice coin. I'll be getting one anyway, they are definitely better than the commems released last year.

 

Bustin' the budget (gold) but I'll get at least one unc. The silver issues will be aquired in both proof and unc. Go Army. And Navy, and Air force, and Marines, and Coast Guard........God Bless those gentlemen.

+1 I really like that reverse design. I just wish they'd lose that cheap looking $ sign on coins.

 

Definitely topping my 2011 list of must haves.
