Is this a note error???

I noticed the ink of the rev of this note had bleed thur to the obv.Is this an error? I will post a larger photo of the note if needed.

No it is not an error.

 

Nope just simple bleed!

 

It's not even 'bleed' but rather wet ink which transferred to this note from the next sheet of notes stacked on top of it after printing.

It's incredibly common and incessantly appears on these forums in query as to whether it's an error or not.
