Pmg announces new second generation holder

I just got an e-mail from PMG announcing a new second generation holder
It,s about time! though this is an improvement on counterfeiting deterent
Not the actual holder or materials used my gripe is the way they put a little
Holder inside the big one hopefully they will change this! here,s what i,am

I'm also subscribed to the PMG Monthly Newsletter, and read the news release regarding PMG's new 2nd-Gen. holder with highly sophisticated anti-counterfeiting and tampering-prevention technologies. There's a thread on the PCGS Forum with an opinion that maybe it will create a "bonanza" of re-holdering fees. It now also has an embossed pattern used around the sealed edges......something CGA has used for some time now. As far as the GORGEOUS MPC displayed above, I have yet to see a holder-within-a-holder....it's curious.

 

I have both PMG & PCGS ,I never liked the PMG holder because the inner envolope seemed to be a thicker cloudy plastic.I understand the security concern if they could come up with a clearer plastic like PCGS I think it will be a nice improvement.

I only dapple in currency but thats a beautiful MPC, love both sides of it.
