2010 proof ASE

Been lurking for awhile and finally decieded to register.
Just went to the mints web site and noticed the 2010 proof siver eagles are no longer listed.
So are they sold out. Just wondering.

Question for you - got my ASEs finally (2) couple of days before Christmas. One had a mark on it so I sent it back. Now they are sold out - I had asked for an exchange. What will happen to my exchange?

1) They have a few for exchanges and I will get a new coin?

2) I will get someone else's return?

3) They will refund me the money instead?
