Real or Fake 1/20th Panda?

I would be concerned if the dark spots on the rim at about 3,6,9,12 are dirt or "toning". They resemble the marks I have seen on silver coins when in a stapled holder ( not this holder though). If it is a gold panda, there should not be any toning or corrosion on the coin other than perhaps some reddish or darker gold color.
