What would this old worn out 1/2 cent grade? On a side note I received an e-mail a month or so ago with a hint from a fellow and did a little digging afterwards. I found out the individual on the coin was probably Anne Bingham who's name is associated with Binghamton, NY.

She died of respiratory failure at the young age of 36 leaving three children and her husband William Bingham.

Deeply porous; but without the porosity I would grade around VG, but with the porosity I would grade it FR02.

AG3, maybe G4 with porosity...actually looks more like some of my Roman coins. :p Nice nonetheless. :thumb:
