What do you think of this coin? Does the black stuff on the coin just look like toning or something else? What do you think the grade should be? I'm posting several pics because I couldn't get any good ones.
This kind of stuff happens all the time with silver. I've got a few Frankies that have the "black" stuff. It's oxidation and you don't want to remove it 'cause if ya do, yo'll be removing silver along with the "black" stuff. I still think the lady is charming. My Frankies look like they've been out on a binge......

Neither one based on what I can see in the pics. You see, what you have to realize is that with that coin, if it were not for the splotchy black toning the coin would probably have been graded PF67 and maybe higher. But it was held at a 66 because the toning hurts the eye appeal and subdues the luster somewhat.
