What's this coin called??

If you can't read the links the coin has ll d written on it and under that is 5.3 on the reverse is the queens head

That is the only text on the coin? More detailed pictures would really help if possible.

I don't see the queens head on either side. Pictures need to be larger and clearer, but my first impression is that it is a weight and not a coin.

 

It does look a little odd??
