I see a silvery shadow under the D mint mark. Can you see it? I also see a faint doubling above Lincoln's head. The head thing is hard to see on the scan, unfortunately that is the only way I can get good (if not okay) pictures of the coin.
Since 1982 Lincoln cents have made of a zinc planchet with a copper plated exterior. What you are seeing is the result of that type planchet. Under the mintmark the plating has split showing the zinc beneath it, above Lincoln's head the copper plate has shifted. Neither is considered an error. Richard
