Anyone know what this is?

    Need some help w/ this one. I am looking to find out what the deal is w/ this dime. I cant find anything on it. The outer ring of the dime is copper and not sure how it got that way or if it is worth anything other than coolness.

    I second that. Spooned would be another possibility, but this looks to smooth and uniform, and I don't think you would normally see that on clad.
