I just rediscovered my 4-subject uncut sheet of $10 bills. They are all in UNC condition, from the Atlanta FRB. The best part of all they are star notes! Series 1995 Withrow-Rubin Signatures. I was wondering if anyone knew what they are worth?
I was watching one of these 4-subject sheets on eBay recently. It had an opening bid of $115.00 and went unsold. I emailed the seller and asked if the price was negotiable, and if they planned on re-listing the sheet in the future. The seller answered, "Yes, the price is negotiable HIGHER, (insert smiley face), and I'm going to wait a while before re-listing it" I've seen the 16-subject sheets sell for anywhere from $270 up to $400. I was going to offer $100 for the 4-subject sheet. I think "book value" is somewhere between $50 to $100 per note in CH-CU.
