Upper Canada half penny 1852 token- how much money to sell?

    I sell to a friend and want to sell in reasoable price.
    The coin in my hand seemd as grade XF.
    It is from copper and look go to blafk colur.

    XF is generous, very, very generous for that coin. I'd say F at best.

    How you can grade from picture? the coin can be in black colur and in photo you will see black but the coin can be UNC.

    I don't know where you got the idea your's was XF. Mine below would be XF-
    AU. More towards the XF due to the rim damage.

    I would say your's would be in the $8 range. It has very little detail left.

    1854 1/2 penny token

    I don't know if the 1854 half penny is less valuable than the 1852.... I got this one for either $4 or $6 USD at my coin shop's bid board maybe 2 or 3 years ago at most. I always loved the design of this type of bank token though.

    Beautiful example Ikan. I would agree the OP's coin looks F or so, but I'm not good with grading Canadian coins let alone Canadian bank tokens.

    EDIT:
    avi : I think he was saying that the coin Ikandiggit posted is XF or more.
    I consider mine about VeryFine.
