What is it worth? (What is it?)

    Any help on identifying this coin would be appreciated.

    The coin is 21cm across.

    Is has clearly in been in use.

    Is has 1825 on one side and 25 c on the other.

    What is it?

    moneyer12 i just love UK coins.......

    the netherlands.................i presume it is white metal and in the uk you can pick one up for around 4 to 10 pounds in VF...

    Ruler: William I
    OBV: Crowned W divides date.
    REV: Crowned arms divides value.
    Edge: Plain

    1825 was one of the lower mintage years making it a little more valuable on average. Here is an example of one that sold recently. Netherlands 25 Cents 1825 on eBay
