I sent my order of 5 Proof 2010 ASEs back on 11/29 by Priority Mail, Insured. It was received in Plainfield, IN by PBGS on 12/01. I received an email from the Mint notifying me of a credit to my account on 12/08 and my credit card reflected the credit today, 12/10. It felt like it took a long time but in reality it was within 10 business days and that's not bad.

Guess I got lucky with the ones the Mint shipped me. Sent 10 off to NGC. 5 PF70 and 5 PF69. Happy with what I got.

I think you have to return the entire order to get replacements. I know it sounds stupid, but that is what the mint rep told me. Sounds utterly ridiculous .

    Who you callin' sir? :)

I canceled my second order. The last I looked it was up to the 23rd of December. Everyday they kept pushing back the shipping date. Heck with it I thought......:)

Nope, not correct. Just itemize the product to be returned and choose replacement or refund.

FWIW: It may well be faster to reorder the item you need to replace, if that item is still in stock, and return the problem/defective/broken item(s) for a refund.

Funny story: I gave one of my ASE's to my brother-in-law who also collects coins. He and his wife looked at it and said "Thank you for the Walking Liberty". I said,,, "You're welcome"

Well, I finally recieved my two ASE Proofs today! They had been in the mail since Nov. 23rd or 24th.......Dang USPS...... But it was worth the wait because I could not see any flaws or smudge marks I have heard about. Simply Beautiful!

Wow, a month to get them to you? Heck, the fulfillment center's located in your neck o' the woods. When the postal boys screw up they do it in a colossal way.

Glad you got 'em, and glad you're enjoyin' 'em.....:)

Yeah, what's funny is they had Fedex get them to my local post office which tried to forward them to my new address, which you can't do with a package that comes from the government. Then it made its way around the country until today! But UPS delivered them! So they went through Fedex, the USPS, and UPS! Haha. Just in time for Christmas though!
