1963-D Roosevelt Dime Fork tail date but Denver coin. Mint Mark/RPM too?

There a Philly 63 Fork tail listing new Cherrypicker Guide but no Denver.
anyone have a good link to Roosevelt variety listings?this dime maybe a RPM too.

I feel confident in saying that this is not a "fork tailed" DDO date but simply a die eroded date. I'm not seeing a clear RPM either.

 

Hey jello, Is this out of a mint set? I don't see a fork tail but a possible RPM although don't see anything listed for a '63.
