Problems with $100 bills

    They aught to sell a bunch to collectors at higher than face to pay for new batch...

    They have unfolded gutter folds. Almost impossible to detect by looking. Seems the paper is prone to developing them during the addition of the new security features, and then remain that way during the rest of the process.

    They'll probably wind up rigging up an ultraviolet light to a computer, and running the sheets past it one by one. The ultraviolet source will clearly indicate the areas of greater density (the folds) and the sheets so identified will be kicked out.
