I got this coin awhile back from a lady who was selling off her grandfathers world coin collection, I got this and 80+ other world coins for 30 bucks, I got my money back just in silver coins lol. Its my oldest coin now (except for my ancients).
It's not a double tournois, it's a denier tournois. A double is a silver coin, the denier is copper and a fractional denomination of the tournois, which is also a silver coin.
