I picked this up today for $30 at my local shop. It is my 18th CBH variety as I am getting closer and closer to that seemingly impossible 100. This one is an O-115 if I attributed it correctly. Pretty sure I did, the die defect above the left wing under the motto can be seen clearly in the photo of the reverse. The small die chip on the right edge of the motto is also present.
I agree. Looks like O-115. The only diagnostic I can't see on your coin is if there's a dot inside lower portion of C in 50 C (and that's on "most specimens" but not necessarily all specimens.
