Not a bad roll at all. I found three 001s, two 002s, and one 004 in this BU roll. I've found that in the years that have a ton of RPMs such as 1960-D, 61-D, and 59-D that I often find them clustered in the rolls. For example, the other night I found 1961-D RPM 007, 008 & 009 as well as an unidentified one in the same roll.

    Nice ones!:thumb:

I'm going to have to get a couple of boxes of cents to search through during the winter. It's been a while since I've found any keepers.

Thanks! I search through a lot of these BU rolls that I buy on Ebay for pretty cheap. I have a few sellers that I know for a fact do not search their rolls for varieties. The nice thing with the BU rolls that are truly original, or from the same mint bag, is that if I find one, I'm bound to find more of the same variety.

A few months ago, I bought some unopened bags (Canadian cents) and found the struck through that I posted in a thread. It was from a year where there were very few errors or varieties so no one was interested in purchasing those bags. I resold the rolls for just over what I paid for them and still have the struck through for my collection. Most people want the "known" errors and things like this and RPM's get overlooked.

    Good for you!

Great finds! I LOVE searching BU rolls too. Don't over look the conditional rarities! When I crack an OBW roll of Lincolns that's the FIRST thing I'm looking for. Lincolns >MS-64/65 are tough to find in rolls.

Thanks Thad. Yeah, I always keep the high grades. I've got a stack that one day I'll submit. I think I even have a few top-pops, but we'll see.

Wow!! Great job on the 61-d rpm #1! I have only found 2 so far in several years of searching. Its nice when you find an rpm that's so easy to id!
