Is it just me or is anyone else having trouble logging into their account on the US Mint's website? For the past several days I have been attempting to log on to the "My Account" section of the Mint's website. The log on page just will not load. I have tried numerous times. I tried restarting my computer but that doesn't help either. Am I the only one having this difficulty or is it a problem with the site? I'm frustrated.
I think it's my Firefox. The page won't load at all, probably since my latest Firefox update. I can do it with other browsers though, try that!
I had that problem, so I opened internet explorer and it works fine, they haven't upgraded to support the new firefox beta.
I don't use Int Exporter just FireFox it works fine a that Us mint site.maybe one working against the other?and I am no CPU wizard!!! :kewl:I have to have my son work on my CPU 99.999% of the time.
I think the old version of Firefox works , it is a problem with the updated version, I've noticed that many pages load slowly with the update. I may go back to the old one till they get this fixed.
Go to C:\program files (x86) look for mozilla firefox, the older folder, Create a shortcut to the old .exe file on desktop and use it. It appears that the mint is having difficulties. I hope you didn't plan on doing your Christmas shopping tonight. The message at the mint's website reads: Notice: The United States Mint is performing system maintenance. While this is in process, the Web site and Customer Service Center are unavailable for placing orders. Customer Service will resume operations at normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight (ET) tomorrow, and the Web site as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause our valued customers.
I had trouble with the mint site as well. Seems to be okey dokey frizzily fritz and scooby doo right now .
I was able to log on today, but unable to access the 'manage my account' page earlier today. I noticed the 2011 Proof ASE subscription was already in my shopping cart. Wasn't there last week or so when the 2010s were finally shipping out. Anyone have any idea if the Mint might be including 2011 Proof ASEs early in the new year when the other annual products are also supposed to start rolling out under the new product release plans? I'm thinking to cancel my ASE subscriptions and just order on day of release like in years past. The flub up this year just doesn't warrant giving the Mint free reign to charge me and ship items.
