It's composition is bronze with a circulation of 1,000,000. I'm going with an F-12. The 19th Century World Coin Book values it at F-12 at 4.00.
Thanx for the quick answer, I had guessed around Fine condition, but was way off on the estimated value ($8-$10). This was just a guess pulled out of the sky...
