For LOOKS the Draped Bust of Miss Liberty was the sex symbol of the 19th century and she was on many early coins of a new nation. Many a pioneer looked for a gal like that to keep the "Home Fires Buring" so too speak.

Now MY overall favorite would probably be the Morgan Dollar. A later issue and a very plentiful piece. my favorite issue by far.

I really like all of the gold coins with the Liberty design... the $10 in particular. There are many that have wonderful designs though!

The St. Gaudens designs are beautiful, but too expensive for me. Guess my other favorite. :) :)

My favorite is the Bust quarter from 1796. Liberty is just stunning. But I must agree that all St. Gaudens coins have a superb look to them.
