1963-D/D Silver Quarter? Is there such a thing? Photos!

    I was using a 7x lens Loop when I saw it.

    Looks like an RPM to me, but I'm no expert.

    I believe that it is Machine Doubling which has pinched off a small amount of the actual "D" Mint Mark.
