I got my "ANA Grading Standard for US Coins." I'm looking at a coin in particular in the MS60 category. There is the phrase "Has full mint luster but may lack brilliance"

I am assuming that the "mint luster" is the shine where as "brilliance" is a reflective shine. (ie. like a mirror)

Can anyone shed some light on this? Am I on the right track?

    Thanks.

Very, very good read and it cleared up some questions. Thanks very much.
