2010 Proof Silver Eagles

My order shows it was shipped on the 19th and will arrive Tuesday.... thats really fast for the Mint to the west coast... Maybe not all is lost with the way the Mint works.........

I got an e-mail saying 1 of the 2 2010 Proofs I ordered was shipped. I guess they will ship each one out separately resulting in me being charged twice for the shipping and handling. :headbang: I figured they would have send both of them together.

 

FWIW, I don't think you will be charged twice on shipping. I could be wrong, but if they can't fulfill your order all in one parcel, in order to expedite to you what they have available now, they will send the second half at their expense.

 

If you ordered over $300 dollars worth of product they automatically update you to free expedited shipping.

 

Fat Boy and his cohorts order hundreds of these coins and send 'em in to the TPG'ers figuring they will score a ton o' '69's and a respectable number of '70's. I don't believe they've got 'em in hand yet, though that blustering pompous so and so will say he does. Go ahead and order them and see how long it takes for them to arrive. I bet they won't arrive before Christmas.

 

I'll have mine before those coin show dudes can grinch my Christmas!

 

Jeeeeeze alright already with all the posts about emails from Mint and tracking numbers. Pleeeezzzze, I want to know if ANYONE has actually received their orders. Maybe then I can hope that mine is somewhere behind.

 

Nope, not in hand yet, will post a pic when I get mine... but i do have a tracking number from FedEx...

green18 I would never in a million years buy 99.8% of what they sell believe me. He did show the 2010 proof eagles slabbed in NGC holders so I don't know what the deal is there...photoshop I suppose perhaps. They made it sound like they could get them out before xmas so who knows about holiday delivery, I personally doubt it. I always glance at ebay when they are selling something and I can find most stuff at half their price on BIN auctions.

 

my credit card has been charged but at the mint website it still says my items are in stock and reserved but nothing has shipped as of yet

My order still says backordered and expected to ship on 12/2.

Prediction of this is useless. These are hugely popular collectible coins, mintage is high and they are selling rapidly.

No mintage limit has been announced so how do you declare a 'sell out' for an unlimited mintage coin???

FedEx tracking status on my subscriptions is estimating 11/29 delivery.

 

Ditto, mine shows estimated delivery of Nov 29.
