It's fake. The CC (Carson City) Mint didn't start minting coins until 1870.

Ok so it has no value?

Whatever value it may have would depend on whether it contains any silver and/or whether someone would want to buy it as a curiosity. It seems to be one of those "fantasy pieces" of mismatched dates and mints (sometimes even designs) that are said to be coming out of China. If you bought it as a real coin you should definitely take it back and get a refund.

Another clue the coin is fake is on the reverse the motto IN GOD WE TRUST on the ribbon above the eagle did not appear on the coins dated before 1866.

Your coin is probably a common modern Chinese counterfeit. The counterfeiters are not very careful when they make these fakes. They often match an obverse die with the wrong reverse die which explains why your 1864 SL Dollar has a reverse that did not appear until years later.

Check your coin with a magnet. If the coin is attracted to the magnet it probably has no silver. In that case its only value is as a curiosity piece (maybe a buck or two).
