While going through a jar of coins I found A 1995d cent with very bright luster and lots of bight orange-yellow colors. It also has what appears to be raised diagnol lines across the obverse and reverse that cross the devices. Is it PMD or an error? If it's an error,any ideas of value?
Coin waffler defective. Mint foreman used highlighter pens to show employees that it wasn't waffled correctly. lol
